Due to the overwhelming number of patients we see in our office, we have chosen to not accept direct assignment from your dental insurance carrier. We will, however, complete and submit your insurance claim on your behalf for reimbursement to you. Whenever possible, we will submit your claim electronically.
Payment is due at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Debit and EFT payments.
